This is a more cost-effective and well-performing flag, offering enhanced durability and visibility. The nylon custom flag has an expected lifespan of 3-6 months flying 24/7.
Ideal for promoting your identity, this all-weather flag is available in listed sizes only and is finished with heading and grommets only. For an additional cost, we will create the art, provide a vector file, and ensure the design is exactly what the customer wants, guaranteeing a perfect fit for your vision. Double sided flags are a single layer of fabric that reads correctly on both sides, eliminating the need for 3 layers to print on both sides! This process is designed for solid background colors with no art bleeds. Note: a minimum quantity of 4 pieces is required for the 12"x18" size. Production time is 10-12 business days.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
