- The Star Gazer is a revolutionary downlight incorporating the latest LED Technology into flagpole lighting. A unique triangulation method of LED placement and the curvature of the fixture’s optical design create outstanding performance with the most efficient distribution of Light. We offer a solution for External Halyard and Internal Halyard Flagpoles. We have lights for flagpoles with a diameter of up to 4.5” and flags up to 15x25’. Our Star Gazer Down Light generates 5000 Kelvin Temperature which generates the most light of any product similar to this one on the market. We offer our Star Gazer Flagpoles lights in a variety of colors.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
