Constructed of 1/8" and/or 3/16" stainless steel aircraft cable incorporating a stainless-steel swivel to minimize the effect of unraveling due to rotation of the truck assembly. The upper cable section is supplied with a stainless-steel thimble, 2 copper crimps, and two ball cable stops, however, because this section must be threaded through the truck assembly, these parts are not attached to the cable before shipment and must be attached in the field. These standard cable assemblies are designed for flagpoles with a winch installed at 4' above grade.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
