- Numbers like 20R, 25R, 40R, etc. — These refer to the Aeolus Series standard duty poles (e.g., 20R = Aeolus 20' flagpole). Rated for 125 mph winds unflagged — suitable for a variety of areas with strong wind exposure.
- HB (before the size, e.g., HB20X, HB25X) — Hinge Base models for easier tilting and maintenance. Available on Aeolus Series 20' & 25' (and Aeolus Series 20'-30').
- AB (before the number, e.g., AB20X, AB35X) — Anchor Base models for secure, permanent installation. Offered on Aeolus Series 20'-35'.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.
