The IH-1-3 is a stationary, cap-style flagpole truck designed for internal halyard flagpoles with a 3" top diameter. Crafted from durable cast aluminum, this truck features a single internal pulley system that ensures smooth flag operation.

Halyard Compatibility: Designed for halyards up to 5/16" in diameter.

Mounting: Secured to the flagpole with three 5/16"-18NC stainless steel set screws.

Ornament Mounting: Accepts ornaments with 1/2"-13NC threading, secured by a 10-32 stainless steel pan head screw.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
