Product description
Custom vinyl pole banners for streets, campuses, dealerships, churches, and event poles. Printed double-sided so the art reads from both directions—light poles on 28th Street, downtown Grand Rapids, or a parking-lot row.
Made in the U.S. by Flags Unlimited, veteran-owned in Grand Rapids. Artwork can be 4-color process, spot color, or full bleed. Finished with 3" pole sleeves as standard.

Who orders these
Municipal and DDA light-pole programs, car dealers, schools, churches, festivals, and businesses that need a logo up high without a full flagpole. For a flying flag with grommets instead of sleeves, start with custom outdoor flags. Fabric indoor/event graphics: polyester dye-sublimation banners.
Michigan / Midwest notes
West Michigan wind and winter salt are hard on cheap vinyl. Wind slits help on open lots and lake-effect corridors (Holland, Grand Haven, exposed Kent County). If the banner hangs on a city or MDOT pole, confirm sleeve diameter and permit before we print—3" is standard; step up to 4" when the hardware calls for it.

Send print-ready art (vector preferred) plus size, quantity (2+), sleeve (3" or 4"), and whether you want wind slits. We’ll confirm a proof, then the 7–10 day clock starts.

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
