Easy to install
Designed for DIY with common tools. Instructions are included. Professional install is not required for most residential yards.

- Standard flash collar — covers the concrete and sleeve so the base looks finished
- Flagpole lighting — required if the flag flies at night (U.S. Flag Code). Start with a solar option if you don’t want to trench power
- Extra U.S. flags, state flags, or POW/MIA flags
- Spare halyard, snaps, and hardware

Returns & warranty
Return Policy
- Stock flags can be returned with prior written authorization, if unused and unopened, with return freight prepaid by the customer. A 15% restocking fee applies.
- Custom flags, banners, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-cancellable.
- Flagpoles can be returned within 30 days if uninstalled and in original packaging, also subject to the 15% restocking fee. You need to contact them at sales@flags-unlimited.com for authorization.
Warranty
- Nylon and Poly-Extra U.S. flags (purchased after 1/1/25) come with a one-year warranty, redeemable only in cases of extraordinary wear and tear in normal wind conditions. Flags flown in special or high-wind areas are not eligible for warranty replacement.

In short: standard stock items can be returned within 30 days (unused, with authorization, and a 15% restocking fee), custom/made-to-order items cannot be returned, and U.S. flags carry a one-year warranty under normal wind conditions.
